  • Telehealth allows you to consult a healthcare provider by phone or a video call. Telehealth was expanded in March 2020 to ensure the safety of patients and healthcare providers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Many of these services have now been retained permanently.

    1. Make sure the practice has your correct number or email address.

    2. Check your phone / video is working at least 10 minutes before the consultation.

    3. Please stay by your phone and watch out for our call - be available for up to 45 mins post your appointment time.

    4. Write down a list of things you wish to discuss, and have a pen handy to write down instructions.

    5. Have your medicines in front of you.

    6. Know which pharmacy you usually go to for scripts.

    7. If you get disconnected please wait for us to return the call
